The NCE people were so easy to work with and very helpful. They answered all my questions. They continued to keep in contact with me by phone through each phase of work. I received a new heater system. They winterized my home by putting weather stripping around each outside door. They installed three new light fixtures with new energy saving light bulbs, they even replaced seven light bulbs in other fixtures; a total of ten energy saving bulbs.
