Who We Serve & What We Do
Clare Lehman is the Instructor of this low-impact exercise class and is open to men and women of all fitness levels. It is an ongoing class that can be started at any time and the only requirement is to wear comfortable clothing.
The class focuses on exercises from a chair: some movements are done while sitting and others while holding on to the chair. Every muscle group is strengthened. We incorporate stretching, self-massage, joint work, and acupressure points.
The popular class averages 15 -20 students and most swear by it. Classes help with balance and flexibility.
