“I was smitten with Ukiah after attending the annual Pumpkin Fest for several years while visiting my oldest daughter. The birth of my grandson clinched the decision to relocate once I retired.  After working in Silicon Valley for 40+ years, I retired in the Summer of 2017 from my position as the Associate Director of Accounting & Finance for a nonprofit at San Jose State University. As the CFO, I oversaw all accounting, auditing, budgeting and risk management for the $10M nonprofit corporation which manages three major facilities on the campus.

After settling into my new home in Ukiah, I began looking for an opportunity to volunteer for a nonprofit that added value to the region as well as being actively involved with the community.  The opportunity to join the USC Board of Directors gives me that chance to give of my time and to work with others to ensure that the quality of life for our seniors continues to be ensured for the future.”
